Cam follower in question include the maximum possible number of rolling and are suitable to withstand high loads. Compared to the previously described series ( series CF or  KR ) ,the Cam follower belong to this series are not able to operate at the same speed ( of the series CF or KR )  and must be lubricated more frequently.

This set of Cam follower is based on single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings .The outer ring with two extending edge it is guided by way of rollers that can withstand considerable axial loads ,even at thigh speeds. Two shaped laminations at " L " form with the head of the pin and with the lateral washer an efficient labyrinth seal.
Cam follower belong to this series are suitable for very high radial loads , also for shock agents .

NUKR wheels can operate at faster speeds than those of Cam follower of the series CF_V or KRV and they must be relubricated with the same frequency.

All Cam follower are equipped with lithium grease with good rust inhibiting properties.

In presence of lights loads,  with a relatively low speed operation and in clean environment ,wheels are maintenance-free.

In the case in which there is the presence of moisture and of impurities or if they must work at temperatures that are consistently above 70 ° C  wheels must be lubricated .

All Cam follower can be relubricated through the pin , both on the side of the bearing and on the side of the thread. The duct of lubrication that is unused must be closed using a plug provided with wheels. The cap can be forced into position by means of a buffer.

Cam follower be fixed in place with hex nuts .The nuts must be clamp and fitted with elastic lock washers.

To take into latch the pin when when the nut is tightened , can be inserted into the groove a suitable tool. It must avoid giving blows to the head of the pin and make sure that the hole of the lubrication duct on the inside track finds itself in the download area.
A second hole parallel to the first can be used for a locking device which prevents the rotation of the pin or for relubrication  : it is possible only with cam follower without eccentric collar.
