This type of rod-end maintenance free employ coupling metal (inner ring) on PTFE (bonded to the inner surface of the outer ring ), which guarantees the lubrication during the work.
PTFE Liner for maintenance free is adopted well between spherical inner ring and the body of the rod ends.
Thanks to this type of coupling type this rod-end is used in various application, such as in fitness equipment, hydraulic pistons.
It is suitable in all those fields of applications for normal operating conditions; for example unilateral and alternated load in a limited manner, otherwise in a slow movement for angle/corner from load-sided and limited or slow reciprocating movement of oscillation angles from small to medium.
It is wholly self-lubricating bearing and for this reason it has am high precios and stable performance and relatively longer usage.
Under request, stainless steel AISI 316 available.
